In our minds we release over 1000 thoughts per wink of an eye. A portion of these thoughts are lost in our unconscious while others are stuck in the subconscious and are affected by the conscious mind. Gradually, these thoughts become feelings, emotions, desires, fantasies or multi-realities. Instead of controlling our minds and thoughts, we are often taken over by them and eventually this pressure builds up and just takes over our minds.
By practicing White Tantric Yoga it allows you to break through those subconscious blocks so that you can have a more balance lifestyle. The more clearly you can see and act on each moment with simplicity you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life. Your body, mind and soul should be as one and act as one. This leads to path of freedom and awareness.
